Find out how to boost your digital skills with these free workshops

Go Connect are running a range of free digital skills workshops for adults as part of Adult Learners Week from June 17 through to June 28.

The sessions will cover a wide range of topics from basic digital literacy and online safety through to more innovative areas such as coding and gaming. They will be fun and engaging and tailored to meet the needs of less-advantaged groups in the community.

Our aim is to introduce them to the modern software and technologies that can not only boost their employability but can also have a positive influence to help break down barriers in their social and personal lives.

What makes this project stand out however, is that we will deliver the activities with the support of young adults who are currently engaging with us on our existing projects – this will empower them to pass on their skills and knowledge to others and help build much-needed positive relationships within isolated communities.
