Art for Wellbeing
Being creative and using our imagination can really help to increase feelings of wellbeing by allowing space for self-expression, building self-esteem and taking your mind off persistent negative thoughts. This session will be about free expression through drawing, painting and writing. No experience necessary – just have a go. All welcome.
This online course will be carried out through Google Classrooms. You will need a Google Account to access this. Support can be offered with this if required. A classroom code will then be emailed to your Gmail address to access the course. You will need to enrol online www.adultlearningcardiff.co.uk
