This 90-minute interactive workshop will give you the skills to coach yourself and take more control in your life. By taking more control of your life you will feel less stressed, more confident and calmer. You will be able to apply the skills you learn to many situations and tackle new issues and challenges as they arise with more confidence.
This workshop will show you how to:
• Use a structured approach to help you solve issues
• Identify issues that weigh on your mind or drag you down
• Prioritise those issues
• Set goals for the short-term and long-term
• Identify your options for change
• Choose a way forward
• Spot assumptions you make that limit you
• Make new helpful habits and break old unhelpful ones
• Plan for the future
• Reflect on your experiences
