Mindful hatha yoga course with a focus on wellbeing. Yoga practices offered will be nurturing and supportive for every person. The class has a holistic approach and is a mixed ability level class suitable for all fitness levels. The course will be of interest to those with a curiosity to develop a closer connection with themselves and the world around them. We will work with the varied range of tools that yoga offers to find our own way authentically and enjoy the opportunity to ‘be’. Classes will empower us to work to our own ability and in a non-competitive way so that we may promote feelings of relaxation and ease, help manage stress and encourage greater awareness. To take part in this class you will need a yoga mat and some water to hand to make sure you stay hydrated. Wear loose, layered comfortable clothing. Make sure that you will be comfortable by bringing a blanket, cushions and any other equipment that you like to use. It’s best not to eat a large meal two to three hours before class.
This online course will be carried out through Google Classrooms. You will need a Google Account to access this. Support can be offered with this if required. A classroom code will then be emailed to your Gmail address to access the course. You will need to enrol online www.adultlearningcardiff.co.uk
