Mindful hatha yoga course with a focus on wellbeing. The class has a holistic approach and is a mixed ability level class suitable for all fitness levels. The course will be of interest to those with a curiosity to develop a closer connection with themselves and the world around them. We will work with the varied range of tools that yoga offers to find our own way authentically and enjoy the oppprtunity to “be” Yoga practice will be a chance to explore what is possaible in an embodied way. Classes will empower us to work to our own ability and in a non competititve way so that we may promote feelings of relaxation and ease help and manage stress and encourage greater awareness.
This online course will be carried out through Google Classrooms. You will need a Google Account to access this. Support can be offered with this if required.
