Learn more about sleep, share experiences with others, and practice techniques for better sleep.
Week 1: Why are we struggling with sleep? Explore myths and facts about sleep and start your own sleep diary.
Week 2: How routines can help! Talk about your daily schedule and try out new techniques.
Week 3: I wake up worrying! Discuss common sources of stress and practice relaxation.
Week 4: The power of nature! Explore how being outdoors and good food can help with sleep.
Week 5: Make a plan! Find out about helpful resources and work on your individual sleep goals.
