Wellbeing through Confidence Building
Low confidence and self-esteem can be real barriers in both personal and work life and can affect your quality of life. This session aims to give a flavour of what would be offered in our full 8 week free course.
Work on barriers to breakdown areas hindering you living your best life. We explore what is holding you back and ways to improve your wellbeing and build on personal resilience skills and look at steps to help you see yourself in a better light.
