Unfinished: The Great WI Sewing Project Round-Up with Gill

Join Gill as she helps you tackle those unfinished sewing projects that have been sitting in a drawer or tucked on a shelf. Whether it’s a dress half-cut, a quilt waiting for its last stitches, or a bag pattern you never quite finished, this friendly challenge is the perfect chance to revisit your makes and give them new life.

Together, you’ll:

Share a sewing project you’re pledging to finish, or ask for advice to get it moving again.

Discover who has the oldest or the largest pile of unfinished makes.

Take part in a project scorecard to keep track of pledges and progress.

Chat about why we often set things aside and how picking them back up can be rewarding.

In December, Gill will host a special Show & Tell, where you can celebrate your finished sewing projects and share what’s on your list for 2026.
