Adult Learners’ Week is scheduled for 21 – 27 September 2026, with promotional activities running throughout the entire month.

Adult Learners’ Week plays a major role in promoting opportunities for individuals, families, and communities to learn new skills, to support health and wellbeing, begin new hobbies or to seek new opportunities to retrain and make a fresh start.

This is achieved by collaborating with our campaign partners across the sector on the promotion of online, live, and in-person events, courses, taster sessions, open days, resources and careers advice and guidance.

Coordinated activity is supported by paid multi-media marketing campaign and signposted through our Adult Learners’ Week events calendar and the Working Wales website throughout September with a focus on special events taking place during the campaign week.
