NPTC Group of Colleges

Career-Boosting Courses

Short, Part-Time and Professional Courses

Thinking about a change? Whether you’re looking to boost your career, return to education, gain new qualifications, or simply learn something new for fun, NPTC Group of Colleges has a course for you.

We have:

– Part-time Courses
– Short Courses
– Professional Courses
– E-learning Courses
– Community Courses
– University-level Courses
– Apprenticeships

Part-time learning can enhance your current job prospects or kick-start a brand new career in many sectors, especially those with skills shortages. You’ll be able to get new skills and qualifications that local employers need to help you progress or change careers altogether.

Our courses run throughout the year, are flexible and offer small class sizes providing one-to-one support.

This September, as part of Adult Learners Week, we’ll be out in the community showcasing the wide range of opportunities available. From professional courses and Access to Foundation and Higher Education programmes, to hobby-based learning, GCSEs in English and Maths, English for Speakers of Other Languages, and even university-level study — there’s something for everyone.

Come along, have a chat with us, and discover how learning can fit around your life. Whether it’s the first step back into education or simply something you’ve always wanted to try, we’ll help you find the right path.

To celebrate Adult Learners Week 2025, join us at our free community event on Tuesday, 23 September, between 10 am and 3 pm, at Banwen Community Centre, offering a fun and engaging day out for local residents and families while highlighting the wide range of adult learning opportunities available through the Dove Workshop.
