Cake Decoration Level 1
Conwy & Denbighshire Adult Community Learning
This course is designed for a wide variety of students who are interested in developing skills in cake decoration and sugar craft as either vocational study or personal interest. There is an awarding body registration fee payable (approx £60).
You will learn how to produce celebration cakes using a variety of techniques:
Royal Icing Coating and Piping
Lettering
Runouts
Stencilling
Piped Flowers
Sugar Paste Coating
Embossing and Crimping
Modelling
Design and Theory
Cupcakes and Cookies
