Leading and Managing Change

Over the course of Adult Learners’ Week, Mosaic Professional Development will be running daily, 1hr. core skills virtual workshops.

Each workshop consists of 45mins. of learning and sharing, with 15mins. of open Q&A, allowing learners to ask any questions about the session, or, to seek advice in other areas of Learning, Training, Talent and Development.

This specific workshop focusses on Leading and Managing Change.

Learners do not need to have any experience in this, or any of the subject areas, they have all been written to be inclusive of all interested learners.

Each workshop will be an interactive workshop, with any slides, tools and templates used in the session to explain a topic shared with the learners after the course.

The atmosphere in our sessions is informal, open and accessible to all, with us looking forward to sharing our expertise with you in a professional, relaxed and non-judgmental way.

Mon. 18th Sept. – Setting Positive Culture(s), Habits and Values.

Tues. 19th Sept. – Mental Toughness and Resilience.

Wed. 20th Sept. – Leading and Managing Change.

Thurs. 21st Sept. – Coach; Don’t Tell.

Fri. 22nd Sept. – Giving and Receiving Quality Feedback.

Sat. 23rd Sept. – Developing Self and Others.

Sun. 24th Sept. – Time Management.

This curriculum offers up to 7hrs. of free CPD in core skills, with the opportunity to take these newly-found skills back into your personal or professional role(s).
