Poets on the Hill

We are a performance poetry collective called Poets on the Hill based in Swansea. We will be offering fun, informal drop-in sessions in quilt making and poetry during Adult Learners week. We will be using poetry and working with textiles as a vehicle for focusing on literacy, creative and non-cognitive skills. The workshops will also incorporate the Welsh Language and Welsh poetic traditions such as the cynghanedd. Our sessions will be from Monday to Friday at Raven’s Retreat, which is a wellbeing and alternative therapy retreat and a community interest company situated on the Tennant Canalside in Aberdulais, Neath.
