Established in 1988, ACT have been delivering a long list of training programmes, short courses and qualifications that help people reach their full potential. From Jobs Growth Wales+, Apprenticeships and Higher Apprenticeships across 30 different sectors, ACT work with a diverse intake of learners and have over 6,500 people successfully completing qualifications each year.

The company’s mission is to make a positive difference to people’s lives and, through their learning provision, work towards the goal of making Wales a better place, socially and economically. Employing 360 members of staff across 8 sites in Wales, ACT was recently ranked as the fifth Best Education & Training Organisation to work for in all the UK, in the prestigious Best Companies to Work For List, and has featured in the list for the past 6 years.
