Green Social Prescribing – with the Open University
Green Social Prescribing: Reconnecting to nature to improve our health and wellbeing.
An introduction to bringing ideas from biophilia, nature as self-therapy to support individual health and wellbeing.
Since the start of the Pandemic and with the current uncertainty surrounding us in the world, there are increasing concerns about mental health exacerbated by a range of factors such as: long covid, social isolation, cost of living, eco-anxiety, war … to name a few.
So now, more than ever it is the time for us to reconnect with the natural world for our own health and wellbeing, and to protect the world we live in.
Who should attend?
Anyone who is interested in green and blue therapy to support mental and physical wellbeing. Come along and boost your mood and energy levels!
