Established in 1988, ACT have been delivering a long list of training programmes, short courses and qualifications that help people reach their full potential. From Traineeships, Apprenticeships and Higher Apprenticeships across 30 different sectors, ACT work with a diverse intake of learners and have over 6,500 people successfully completing qualifications each year.

The company’s mission is to make a positive difference to people’s lives and, through their learning provision, work towards the goal of making Wales a better place, socially and economically. Employing 360 members of staff across 7 sites in Wales, ACT was recently ranked 52nd in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies list for 2020 and has featured in the list for the past 6 years. In 2018, ACT was also awarded ‘Large Responsible Business of the Year’ by Business in the Community Cymru.

From Traineeships, Apprenticeship and Higher Apprenticeships across 30 different sectors, to employability training and short commercial courses, we have something for everyone and, this is the good bit, most of our training is fully-funded.
